I loved my spa experience. It was one of my best for sure. Eugenea was amazing. However, I was not happy with the person in front desk. When I asked where can I give tip, looking for an envelop, he did not say single word that they already charged for the tip. I generally tip 20% and basically I ended up tipping twice. No matter how happy I am with the service, it doesnt mean I would like to tip 40%, especially when I am not informed about the amount I am tipping. Awesome experience turned out to be a bitter one
The massage was wonderful. HOWEVER, BEWARE OF THE VERY SMALL PRINT. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A SPECIAL PRICE AS ADVERTISED, I PAID FOR THE MASSAGE WHEN I FIRST WENT IN. BUT...WHEN I was leaving I WAS SURPRISED WITH A ADDITIONAL FEES OF $100.00 FOR GRUTUITUES NOT THAT I WOULD LEAVE W/O GIVING A GRUTUITY, BUT TO NOT MENTION THIS ADDITIONAL FEE UPON PAYING ON MY CHARGE CARD WHEN I FIRST ARRIVED IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. So I HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER CHARGE AND WAS TOLD I HAD TO PAY THE GRUTUITY OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE, NOT THE SALE PRICE... read more
