These guys are so sweet, I’m genuinely confused as to why there’s bad reviews… my eyebrows came out spectacular, very gentle compared to other places I’ve been and the customer service is awesome! I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this spot! Thank u guys for your service 😄
Please please please do not use this salon for any hair services even if they offer you free services I got keratin & highlights done- after paying around $400+ they damaged my beautiful wavy hair to rough, always tangled mess of straw like hair They use cheap chemical products and charge premium price for it They have untrained staff without any professional experience and are managing to dump their crappy services without any accountability of damaging the clients hair & skin. Your customer service was terrible. Your employees have no idea how to treat customers. The way they work is completely unprofessional. This place seriously needs to improve.
I used to go there to do my brows. Fast forward into it, i did a "hydra facial" from them last Friday. While doing the facial the esthetician used acid for chemical peeling my skin. That's alright. She used 3 of them, increasing their intensity saying that it will have a tingling effect. Being a pharmacist myself i know that acids do cause some irritation and burning.
