It is amazing
Amazing place to get one's body in shape. Personally I have been working out there for around two months and have seen massive improvement. They also have martial arts classes in the upstairs, it seems they have everything any physically active person could want.
Amazing! Personal trainer helps plan your workout based on goals. Variety of equipment. Also Taekwondo class, kettlebell workouts, encourage exercise activity like bike rides, fun runs, etc...
