ok company--Pernma tends to be not good people and not nice
Recently I've tried to contact Netzsch at the phone number given on their site. After calling four (4) times and being put on hold for a minimum of 30 each time, all calls we dropped - I was not able to make contact with the Netzsch sales department to have questions answered regarding a potential purchase of a DMA 303, and was not able to determine if a demonstration was available. This experience was very frustrating and perhaps it is indicative of the type of service they provide.
Makayla was super helpful to me when I called in today to submit a purchase order! She was so friendly and sweet!
