The workmanship on this house is extremely poor and feels very rushed. The AC ductwork was installed incorrectly, and we had to spend over $1,000 to have it reinstalled properly. The garage door was also low quality, and we ended up paying nearly another $1,000 to have that redone as well. The windows wouldn’t close properly. I own Ooo Lala Paris cleaning service in DFW. Today I got an opportunity to clean one of these beautiful model homes. Everything from inside to outside is spectacular!
Netze, built us a beautiful home! Moreover, they have followed through on their construction. It’s a recently developed outfit and anytime purchasing (new construction) there is gonna be some ups and downs, working out the kinks. Five star review from us, so far! **Update 10/9/24. Netze standing behind their product!! Our house feels like home. Keep up the good work Netze.

Cyrus, one of their executives is super creepy and stalks young girls on Instagram. Starts a lot of fights online and is generally very aggressive. Can't support a guy like that.
