If I could, I would give them zero stars! Doing huge noisy works right under our bedroom windows at 10 pm and now thell us they will keep going until 1 am - without any notification, all because Optus wants to have their cables accommodated. What about us, who cannot sleep? As long as they can, that is fine, isn't it! Selfish and inconsiderate, when that work coul dbe done during the day.
