Very good service and helpful in explaining what they did. They removed the viruses and showed me how to keep from getting them again. They were very fair in price and they fixed it a lot faster than one of the other big electronuc stores that I called.

I don't usually submit reviews but these guys did such a great job. My computer crashed and it is tax season. I needed it back fast so I could finish my client returns. They were able to recover my files from the old hard drive and get me back working on the same day. Thank you Chris for saving my life. Everyoone was really helpful and made me feel like they cared.

I took my computer in for a minor repair and after admiting fault for further damage done by their technician they still charged me for the additional parts and labor. They had initially agreed to "diagnose" the further damage at no cost however when I attempted to pick-up my property they created a $60 charge to "diagnose" the problem. I was told this process took all of 15 min at a rate of $80 per hour this should have cost $20. DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO NETWORKING MAGIC!!!!
