Punted me for a bigger job even though we had booked many weeks in advance to coincide with the work being done so it wouldn't impact work schedules. He said it was a $3k job he was getting but ours was $2.3k. Burned over $700. Absolutely crazy. Edit: Lol, who to trust? The customer who had a written agreement or the business who punts small jobs. Fairly certain the truth is clear.
Dan and crew are troubleshooting experts! Neat and efficient. My entire home is now serving gigabit ethernet to wall jacks. Very reasonable prices, And they fixed a failed wall plate (happens extremely rarely) under warranty. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any job, small or large.
Finished under estimated time and estimated budget! Went above and beyond and helped fix a cabinet door that got a bit scratched during the install. Professional service from initial call to completion. Would absolutely recommend.
Dan and crew were fantastic. After gathering several quotes for getting networking installed in my home, it was clear that Dan and NWS were the best on several fronts (cost, knowledge and consideration of my site specifics, etc). I had them move my fiber line to a closet and install 14 new cable drops, and finish the install of 2 half-complete data drops to the new data closet. I will be calling them for any future networking needs as well. You'd be doing yourself a disservice if you passed them up.
Called them to wire 3 cat 6 drops. Owner estimated it would be around $350 per drop and that he would call me with schedule. Never called me back. I called him following week and he said they would come out at 7am in 3 days. I got up early and they didn't show up. Called company and left message. Owner called back and said his worker didn't show up (duh). The owner and another guy came out later that day and said they couldn't finish the work because the attic space was too hot and they would be out when it was cooler. The o... read more
