5-day website outage and ongoing email failure for weeks. No resolution despite multiple support attempts. Serious business impact. Still not resolved yet. It's been a nightmare for us since my hosting service provider was aquired by Network Solutions.
Worst servers ever. Slow, unsecure, good technical support but they can't solve anything. But are good hearing and escalating.
