Very good experience after being ripped off by one of these companies that do everything from air conditioning to plumbing, at the end they didn’t do the job and I had to find someone else ( network refrigeration and air conditioning) to fix that. Paul from network air conditioning is very professional trustworthy person and their service is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
Companies are allocating substantial resources to attract new customers, but when it comes to network refrigeration, they appear to be uninterested in securing new business. The lady at the phone reception was extremely rude, yelling at people and stating that new customers were not wanted, before hanging up. If the company does not wish to accept new customers, it would be advisable to discontinue the phone number designated for new customer inquiries.
Did a very good job for our commercial kitchen with a very prompt call out time. Thank you for getting our fridge up and running again.
