Had my surveillance cameras installed 10-18-17. Was given 2 yr. warranty. The DVR is defective, will not 'play back' anything. Owner, Dorn Zurawski does not take or return my calls. Did a messy job with wires hanging everywhere in my basement + excess ball of wires behind my TV. Did NOT cover the outside wires with "conduit" as he promised. He did come to my home on 10-19-17 to cover an exposed wire in my hallway. Before he left that day he mentioned he was going to bring me " another DVR that records up to two months"!
