I have had loss over 12 years now and tried other resources, but none of them can compare to the understanding, straight forward explainations and support I get from John and Natalie.
I get my stuff done usually at the VA. Long story short, I got a replacement set of hearing aids in the mail from the VA which were unfortunately not programmed. John was able to see my the next day and get me squared away. I highly recommend them and if you're a Vet that gets stuff done at the VA, pay the one time fee of $99. That way, you can easily get seen quicker by John than getting seen at the VA. They rate more than 5 stars.
