This company is awful. Their customer service is a joke, they tout they are local but cannot pronounce the name of cities (it’s cause they contract with third party call centers who know very little about WI). Their “Say Cheese” Dental plan is junk, should have stayed with a known company like when they had Delta Dental, but I’m sure Delta cost them too much and they wanted to keep the profits in house. A medication took months to get as it needed prior approval. Picked up one month of the medication then received another notice it had been denied after it was approved. When I contacted them I spoke to a very young person who refused to put me through to a supervisor. When asked why this happened she proceeded to proceed to read a policy but couldn’t even pronounce the majority of words. It was crazy.
Always there with the answers I need. I have worked in the health care industry for over 50 years. Now retired I would trust no one else with my healthcare needs. Friendly, informative and flexible plans to suit your needs and pocket book! Five stars!!!!
This portal is very much like entering the 7th circle of hell. I've had this insurance for nearly a year, and the portal STILL WON'T RECOGNIZE ME as a member! It does not recognize my user name, password, member id or anything else. Because of this I cannot log on to the online OTC catalog. Thru some weird crap, I can get into the online pharmacy and get my rxs, but it was months before it actually happened. At first they got my doctor wrong, but I was able to fix that. Not had a problem with them in over 10 years. I like that when I do have a question , I can call and talk to a real person! Also like the extra benefits, like YMCA membership. Differing plans/costs to choose from to meet your budget.
