The worst insurance plan ever. My work bought the cheapest plan for their employees and it doesn’t cover anything at all. I tried to get out of it, and was told the only way I can is if I quit my job. I have a chronic illness and meds aren’t covered, therapies aren’t covered. It’s costing me over 1k a month for meds and the premium because they won’t cover the meds so why do I even have insurance? good customer service once I got to a live person to take my payment longer than should be to get there but over all good encounter
Service is generally good, however billing/coding between the insurance company and provider is ATROCIOUS. Spouse had physical therapy sessions (Froedtert) that were submitted to Network Health Network Health denied some of the procedures. No reasons or insights why. The frustrating thing is that the Froedtert billing/coding department completely messed up the coding and hence the insurance company denied the claims. We had to get on the phone numerous times with both the Network Health and Froedtert to get it straightened a... read more
Absolutely DO NOT use this insurance company if you ever need to talk to your Doctor about preventative care, like making a game plan on losing weight or options. If for any reason you visit a your doctor to talk about your weight, they will NOT pay one cent of the visit. It will void the whole thing. For some insane reason, they want a bunch of obese people on their plan. I guess they like paying for things like diabetes, high blood pressure and congestive heart problems. This will cost them a lot more money in the long run... read more
