NET hired me as a vendor to complete an installation for their client. Upon arriving on-site, their client refused service being that they already had a functioning people counter installed. One of the NET project managers asked me to write a hand-written note stating the same, and I had the client sign it. I provided this document to the project manager while still on-site and he released me from site with an apology. NET approved my work-order and paid it.
