I called and emailed Karen Santellana for a few days, she said Ray came by to look at the job, which I dont believe.After a few more emails she finally sent this response:"I talked, with the tech, and the owner of NCS.The decision was to no bid the project."I then asked her for some other company alternatives and got no response.I would not recommend this company due to the lack of response.
