Dr. Katharine Grossman has a gentle touch. I feel and physically look so different from when I began sessions a year ago. I was waiting to write this review for the words to come to describe some things but the honest truth is, I don't understand how it works. But it works. A calming down of the nervous system, a realignment, a letting go. For anybody else lucky and smart enough to begin this journey with Dr. Katharine Grossman, you are in for a real treat! :)
