I just got off the phone with these people looking to get some repairs done to a vehicle involved in an accident. Immediately after my greeting, the person on the other end says, "It sounds like you want to sell me something." I answer, "No, I was hoping to get some service actually." To which they reply, "Okay, bye." And hang up the phone on me.
