Once you buy your car, will not answer the phone or return calls when there is a problem. During the first 30 days when repairs are supposed to be covered, doesn't actually fix the car, just does it enough for the engine light to shut back off. Tells you to take the car to a Ford dealership but don't worry, the repairs will be covered. End up paying $1300 for repairs because they were NOT covered. Strongly recommend steering clear of this place. Will never refer anyone to them. I love my car, but I hate the service.
