In addition to my first review of being over charged, I asked how long it would take to clean it, I was told it would take 2-3 days. Then I was told about the extra $100.00 I would have to pay if they took the cover off to look at it. I figured it must have been hard to take apart as I saw no screws. Turns out, the cover just pops right off as it is held on by clips. My 13-year-old grandson popped it off, blew it out with a computer can of air and popped the cover back on. I called Netux about cleaning the dust out of my PS4. I explained that it would need to be taken apart and cleaned. He quoted me a price of 59.00 for cleaning and diagnostics. I said I would bring it in. After getting to the store, expecting to pay what he quoted, I am told if they took it apart it would be 159.00. I was upset because that was not what he said over the phone. We took it back because we felt it was too much.
