Le pire service de nettoyage à sec. Mon chandail en laine mérinos a retréci, il est inutilisable! En plus de nier toute responsabilité, la responsable m’a accusé de mentir. Quand je l’ai informée que j’allais écrire un mauvais commentaire, elle a menacé de me poursuivre. Incroyable!
Brought this dry cleaner formal Indian outfits (kurtas) which both had visible sweat stains and other marks. Not only was the turn around quick (just a few days), but they managed to clean both outfits without causing any damage to the material or design elements such as the sequins or colouring. It did leave a faint chemical smell, but it is not that noticeable unless you are really close to the fabric. Absolutely appalled by the service at this dry cleaner. They completely butchered my jacket with extremely poor couture work—it's worse than when I brought it in! To make matters worse, they were utterly unprofessional when I tried to discuss the issue, flat-out refusing any dialogue or compensation to correct their error. They are really the best. The service is always great. I have met already several of the staff there, they are all extremely nice and supportive. By far the best one in the area!
