I can only give my practice the highest level of excellence. They are A1. Up until 12 yrs ago when my disabilities started i had little or no need for Medìcal practises. And for the last 11yrs 6 mths have experienced indifferent or bad medical service. Since moving to This area and becoming a patient at Nettleham Medical practice i have never experienced a service that can match their level of excellence, professionalism, patient empathy. I received a very good service today. Very lovely lady I met so full of smiles ,empathy and kept reassuring me. My BP dropped abit when I left because she put smile on my face again. She is a star
Unfortunately I have needed to use the practice a lot, but I have had some very positive experiences and find I get appointments quickly when needed. Dr David was especially kind and I felt listened to - which was amazing! Thank you.
Was advised to have my blood pressure checked after a routine blood pressure test at Boots whilst there for flu jab. Found to be running high and recommended I contact GP. Phoned the practice around 4.00 pm and given an appointment for the following morning, pressure still slightly high and possibly sign of irregular heart beat. Everything was fine. Doctor was very pleasant. He started the process of referring me to the Hospital for a bone scan following 3 breaks I’ve unfortunately had over the last couple of years!
