I’d rate the house they built a “10”, but their customer service after it’s built and closed should be a “0”. Our house is supposed to have solar power installed and we submitted our paperwork to NetSolar in August. We’ve been trying to contact them to see where things are in the process, both by email and by telephone. We’ve had absolutely NO response to either our emails or phone calls. Our next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau if this is not resolved.
Better construction than any other developer except One. Love the sliding glass door.
Stopped by their model home on Sienna and we were greeted Mike Flores. He really knows his stuff. We decided to build right away
