if you are pregnant or have a new born or have any plans of starting a family soon, I would NOT work here. TRUST ME, find something else. We had a god awful experience with Netsmart. I have negative respect for this company and the way they treat extremely hard working employees. If you already work here, start looking for something else, YOU ARE REPLACABLE even when you think you aren't. The lowest of low on the scumbag totem pole. The only reason they get 1 star is because I have to select one.
Had a phone interview scheduled at 12:30 p.m. CST and the recruiter never called me. Everything happens for a reason. I wouldn't want to work for a company where the initial introduction and interview call , the recruiter doesn't call. Bad perception.
DO NOT WORK HERE! There’s 3 months that you’re in “training” but in reality you get 1-2 hrs of training a week. Even when you struggle and ask for additional help none is given. They don’t have any form of training for you besides shadowing for an hour and you have to write your own notes because they don’t have any? Then after the 3 months of “training” your supervisor will spring a meeting on you with HR to inform you that you’re being let go due to performance!
