I suggest you thoroughly research the company and William Grogg (the owner of NetPub), check out his background, legal history and reputation before doing business with Net Publications. He is widely known for being unethical and dishonest, with a history of screwing his clients and employees. He has been forced to shut down by the government several times, lost clients due to unscrupulous business practices, had his equipment repossessed and changed the name of his company several times.
