Absolutely the worst experience ever! The delivery arrived 5 days later than the promised date, and no one from customer care offered any help. There was no information about the delay, no updates, and not even a single call regarding any compensation. Because of this irresponsible service, I suffered losses as the medicine was no longer needed — I had to buy it from the store due to the delay. Totally unacceptable!
