Extremely disappointing experience with Netmeds. The biggest issue is that the delivery dates shown on the app and website are simply not reliable. On multiple occasions, my orders were promised for a particular date, but they were delivered the next day or even later. If the company already knows it cannot meet the promised timeline, it should display a realistic delivery date instead of misleading customers. Discount is good but service is very bad the staff will always say some problem like pos machine is not working and medicine is not available and not responsible
Good pharmacy and good discount even if the medicine is not available they get it for you very polite staff and helpful
