I had ordered for Kapiva juice on 7th July it was expected I would receive the juice by 8th July, but it is not yet delivered today it is 11th July, I tried speaking with customer care they say it will be received today and this is since last two days, it is highly frustrating and would never further buy from this platform. I foolishly bought their membership as well it was a waste of my money. Plus the waiting time is so much when u call the customer care number, my money got wasted.
Gang of Cheaters. Never Pay in Advance. I am Cheated of Rs:3000/=. Since 23/5 I have not received Medicines but They say it is delivered that too without OTP.
Very bad experience. I am senior citizen, ordered for medicines. Too cool for delivery.
