Poor integrity
Good luck getting past their sales process. It took almost a month to set up a phone call to 'assess our needs.' No response to an email inquiry and had to follow up by phone. Then our demo went sideways and their tech support was non-existent. Had to sort that our ourselves with Webex. When we did, they're now too busy until January to reschedule. Would we really take a chance on everything being great once we became customers? Oh, and they have an 'expert' telling us consumers how to avoid negative reviews. Worst customer ... read more
