On hold for TWO hours the past 2 days! What a pathetic practice this is! Dialled 8 for a callback yesterday only to be told the nearest appointment is in two weeks time. Why bother having a phone line when they clearly sit there looking at the phone & not answering it?
Most days 30 minutes to answer the phone, they did once offer a call back system but it has vanished.... on the whole this is still a terrible service .More than a weeks wait for an appointment is quite normal .... Employ more doctors !!!!!
Great practice and great receptionists, nothing is too much trouble and they sort things out quickly and cheerfully. They really care for their patients.

The reception clerks at this surgery are the nicest I’ve ever come across! Every one of them are wonderful. Very helpful, none intrusive and do everything they possibly can to help! A++++
