Really quite place,
Return process is terrible - I returned a defective powerline adapter to them in late June 2022 and since then they have not managed to send me a replacement as per warranty agreement. Despite multiple calls, support cases opened, messages in FB and Instagram, no one seems interested to send me my replacement product or give me a full refund + my shipping cost for the defective product. Incredibly business practices.
RUN AND AVOID! 0 STARS, ZERO STARS!!! I use to love NetGear, but now their products are crap. Bought a Wifi extender; it only comes with 6 moths warranty, seriously? When a manufacturer will only warranty a product for such a short and low period of time; you know the build and quality is not there. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Perhaps TP-Link, the reviews are looking pretty solid for their stuff.
