Friendly staff, quick turn around for results.
Mouthy "manager" on the other end of the phone line. Sent a driver with the required form fox with a note that said perform dot alcohol test as well as the drug. Guess people don't read "Notes to Collector" on the form given to staff by the driver. Then when I call to question why the test wasn't done per the DISA form/notes to collector, you get mouthy responses instead of problem solver customer service. Looks like Concentra will be doing our testing from here on out. Unbelievable.
I want to say with utmost praise and certainty, that my 2 months at Netgain was an amazing experience! (I'm now pursing. school it conflicted with the hours of netgain) My co workers and Supervisors were nothing but helpful, encouraging and supportive! I loved my time there! If you want a good atmosphere, great co workers and want to learn new and exciting experiences that you can carry with you. Then please choose Netgain corp! You won't be disappointed!
