Bought 2box of juice and it was expired when i came to exchange showing that it was expired manager told me we cant do nothing.selling an expired products and then refusing to exchange store manager was not nice at all . Terrible experience.

The terrible experience with security guard and store manager. On 10/13 in the morning I visited the store just on my way back from shopping to check for certain item which I was not able to find at that time. My bag was filled with products which are not offered in the NetCost. The security guard stopped me demending on checking my bag and I obeyed his request. On 5/30/2023 at around 7pm I was racially profiled by the stores manager , I walked in the store went to isle two to look for a specific product, once I realized they didnt have it I left , I had a bag from shopping at a previous store . When the security guard or store manager stopped me at the door I explained to him I didnt shop here and that the bag I had was from another local grocery store , he demanded to see my receipt which startled me because I was only in the store for about 3 mins *** I showed him my receipt from... read more

The store often sells expired products and hides this by changing the expiration date. They cook meat and fish that they could not sell on time. On 3/27/23, I had bought fresh fish at this store and upon opening the package at home, it became obvious that this fish is bad. To add to the story, I called the manager on the very same evening and he reassured me that I can come back at any time for a refund.
