Update: netCOMPONENTS has resolved the exchange issue by updating to the latest Microsoft Exchange 2019 release (15.2.858.5). Since my security concerns have been resolved, I now believe the quality issues are being adequately addressed. Very well done. netCOMPONENTS is not compliant to ISO 9001 and does not appear to have any kind of formal quality management system. Quality concerns were dismissed without action.
