Update: netCOMPONENTS has resolved the exchange issue by updating to the latest Microsoft Exchange 2019 release (15.2.858.5). Since my security concerns have been resolved, I now believe the quality issues are being adequately addressed. netCOMPONENTS is not compliant to ISO 9001 and does not appear to have any kind of formal quality management system. Quality concerns were dismissed without action. The on-line registration process does not meet netCOMPONENTS' own requirements and is supplemented by mostly redundant questionnaires. When we receive email from their domain, it's flagged as being a security risk. They're using Microsoft Exchange 2013, version 15.0.1156.6 CU11, released in 2015 and hasn't received a security update since. The website also hasn't... read more
