The staff at Netcom Business Solutions were awesome! I found them via HP's local partners and they were more than helpful to me. I just started online classes at FTCC Monday and I panicked because out of the blue my laptop's screen gave me problems. I was nervous because I thought it would be an expensive fix however, they fixed it within an hour of me dropping it off and the charged ended up being more than 75% less than I originally expected! They're highly recommended in my book.
