This company has gone up and out of its way to resolve the issue that I had two months ago. They have been prompt, genuine, and have kept me in the loop of what is going on. I've definitely have had a change of heart. The software for the keyless system works great! I have better member accountability which makes my life easier. Thank you Netcom!!!
Worst company ever. We ordered a access control system a month ago. They said that it was on back order for two week. After it came in the third week, now they tell us that there having trouble finding a tech to come service us. This is been everyday for the past two weeks. Now they’re ignoring my calls. If your thinking about using this company. Don’t! They’re horrible!
We spent over $40k on an access control and Cat5e wiring for our new built hospital. It NEVER worked properly. They stopped trying to fix it after around 18 months of having technicians out. After well over a year of empty promises about a fix, and countless hours of visits at one point daily, we brought in an outside contractor to fix all their problems. This company called our office and made me think they were working with Charter and they were switching over parts of their service to Netcom. I went along with them and now I have a bill that is clearly NOT related to Charter. Don't use them!
