Our company had a very negative experience with Netchex and decided to switch to a different payroll provider as a result. They were incorrectly deducting a required paid medical leave tax for our state and we had to go back & forth to get it corrected. We have been a customer of ********************** for nearly ************************************************ October 2022. The review below could have been written by us as well. I strongly suggest not doing business with this incompetent company. Our taxes were also filed incorrectly and I can not get anyone to respond to my emails in a manner to rectify our situation. This is honestly the worst payroll provider we have ever worked with. They are completely unresponsive to emails and phone calls. They have filed our quarterly reports incorrectly. We get directed to a "tax department" that when you call, you get a voicemail. But you are unable to leave a voicemail due to the mailbox being full.
