This system is not a good one trying to reset a password is an ordeal i would not wish on my worst enemy. And there customer service staff is pretty much useless. It continously ask for a verification code that it does not send and when you reach out to customer service they just tell you your employer should know how to reset it. I have endured many bad payroll systems this one is by far the worst. To employers beware
