Michael is amazing. I called the police trying to get a wellness check on my brother who is an alcoholic and they weren’t able to do another in a 24 hour period. They recommended NetCare Alliance and I called with no other options on the table. Michael and his partner saved my brother’s life. I checked myself in voluntarily for depression a few years ago. The people who work here were so kind to me. I had my own room, access to food and activities, and got to meet with a doctor/nurse/psychiatrist daily. They helped set me up with a therapist and got me started on medication that helped me. They also sent me little postcards regularly for a couple years after I left. It was the sweetest thing, I wish I still got those supportive cards. Felt very safe and cared for
I thank God Almighty and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for using Netcare when my family tried to have me institutionalized for seeing what I wholeheartedly believe to be Angel Orbs. And then they abandoned me although they say they are Christians. This is a glimpse of what I witness and encounter daily since December, 2024.
They have helped me twice for depression love this place great staff the people that goes there is so nice I've made four friends my first time there last year and this year made three so nice makes u feel safe and at home
