They were great support at the start of care, but after post-care placement it seems that's when they become very hands off and don't seem to support you as much.
Michael is amazing. I called the police trying to get a wellness check on my brother who is an alcoholic and they weren’t able to do another in a 24 hour period. They recommended NetCare Alliance and I called with no other options on the table. Michael and his partner saved my brother’s life. I checked myself in voluntarily for depression a few years ago. The people who work here were so kind to me. I had my own room, access to food and activities, and got to meet with a doctor/nurse/psychiatrist daily. They helped set me up with a therapist and got me started on medication that helped me. They also sent me little postcards regularly for a couple years after I left. It was the sweetest thing, I wish I still got those supportive cards.
