Stay away from this place. (24 Hour Wristbands) Go somewhere local and pay an extra few dollars. I ordered 2000 green coasters with my company's logo, url, and slogan on them. I uploaded all file types that they said we compatible with their system. They opened a ticket saying I needed to re-upload my artwork -- ok, no problem. I go to do so, and there is no option to change color, font, slogan, etc. I uploaded my new artwork and submitted it to the ticket and the order goes in production. Great Experience - sure glad I didn't read these reviews before I ordered. I may have passed the company by. I ordered 1.25" buttons and they arrived on time and in excellent shape. The quality is exactly what I expected. I have no idea why they have so many 1 star ratings. They did fine by me.
This company SUCKS. Ordered 1000 mouse pads. Half are fraying and many have been double printed on, some colors bled. We've tried to get a response numerous times but nothing back.
My experience with this company has been the worst ever!! Ordered 50 koozies well in advance asked for 3 day production and got 2 week production. After contacting them on several occasions and dealing with their "customer service" I did not get any solid answers as to when they would be delivered. Finally I got the email saying they were shipped and would make it to my party on time!! I was excited to open my package up...
