Extremely Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend. Highly suggest booking another hotel in the area. We visit Noosa multiple times per year and would very much suggest Tingirana, Sofitel or Peppers instead. We had a confirmed booking, even verified over the phone, but while en route to Noosa we were abruptly notified that our reservation had been cancelled—without so much as a courtesy call from the hotel. Where do I start? I spoke to reception a lady called Jan - who was very cold and rude. I asked for a quite room as I'll be arriving after 11pm coming from airport 🛫. I arrive to a horrible room facing the public toilets 🚻 absolutely woofing of smell of human phesies and noisey too. All night I could rattling sounds above balcony and the bed 🛌 is located right near door 🚪. The apartment is NOT worth the $550 I paid at all - I requested noon check out and they had cleaners arrive at 9:45am? I come to Noosa Heads regularly ... read more
