There is a lack of professionalism and responsiveness. I contacted the owner for a renovation estimate and he has asked for a description of the request which was emailed, and there was no follow up on their part. I contacted them multiple times after and he confirmed that they would be available for a walk through and would need to be notified of the date and time. I would absolutely recommend Net Zero Construction to anyone who's looking to have a home built in the Sarasota area. They do great work and their homes are not only stunning, but completely energy efficient.
