Avoid at ALL cost!!! Old facility, poor service, curt, borderline rude staff, noisy environment, cramped testing room, noisy creaking furniture, VERY old (slow) computers, it took up to 5-10 seconds once answered to move from one question to the next, they gave me an old eMachines (or equivalent) PC with a ball (!!!) mouse that was not working properly, my keyboard was very noisy, sticking, etc. One of the most terrible testing experiences of my life, I passed because I -somehow- managed to keep my cool, focus, concentrate a... read more
Took a bunch of tests there over the years and never had a problem. Not sure what people are expecting customer service wise. You sign in and they check your ID, what else do you want? It is a testing center, not the Ritz Carlton. Get over yourselves.
Don't do it! I was scheduled to take a test at noon on a Thursday, got there 15 minutes early and the place was locked with no lights on, another tester showed up for a noon test, then noon passed, the phone number listed for the place said it was disconnected when we called, we ended up calling Pearson separately and wouldn't you know it, the guy finally called us at like 12:30 to tell us he had been stuck in traffic. Yeah, OK....
This is a testing center which I have utilized several times in recent history. The hardware is a little outdated, but still functions. You may need to ask for a new marker a few times before you get one that works, but all in all this is a fine place to go that has lots of availability in testing schedule.
Horrible place for test taking in all regards, guaranteed distraction. Will definitely effect your score. When I took my exam there the while system crashed and we started 2 hours late. Imagine being prepared to take an exam and you have to sit and wait for two hours.
