This gym is not just a gym. It’s more like a community of people who motivate each other to be a better, healthier version of themselves. Oh and I can’t forget to mention the protein! 😋 If you’re a protein junkie like me you know how important it is for your protein to not be chalky and of course super yummy! I walked into Carmina’s gym 2 years ago, not only did I shed 70 lbs, I am now stronger, not only physically but mentally too! Thanks Carmina for bringing a gym like this to individuals just like myself.
Carmina is amazing. She is a wonderful and motivating mentor. She is the best at helping anyone accomplish all their goals. Weather it’s fitness or personal. She is the definition of wonderful woman.
If your looking for a down to earth gym to feel better, this is the place to go. Going to forged iron fitness has helped my health, my mental state, amd helped me believe in myself. Carmina is an awesome trainer and has helped me in many ways.

Carmina is amazing! I've never really been a fan of working out so I went into this not knowing anything. She has really taken her time showing me how to do the workouts correctly and is super encouraging. Not to mention, she's incredibly nice & fun to talk to! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! You don't have to be experienced to get the most out of this gym!
