We had an extremely disappointing experience with Net Power. They called us for an emergency service, which we promptly completed. Despite multiple promises over the course of 4 weeks, they never paid the invoice. In the end, they simply stopped answering phone calls and ignored all follow-ups. This kind of unprofessional behavior — taking advantage of contractors, failing to honor payment agreements, and then avoiding communication — shows a complete lack of integrity.
