Worst loan company EVER!!! I worked here for about 2 years and the management is a complete joke! I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and have never been discriminated against like I have Net Pay Advance. The company is very UNETHICAL, the managers would only communicate with each other in Spanish, making you feel uneasy and uncomfortable because they were always talking bad about other employees.
