I didn't expect to get approved for a line of credit of $1500 as they don't do credit checks that's where they seem to scam you and you're paying more than you actually can afford if I could give a zero I would.

I got a letter saying I owe $1687.30 for a loan from Net Pay Advance , and I’ve never taken a loan out from them in my life , I hadn’t heard of them until that letter so I called and they said someone would call me back about it but nobody has contacted me. I guess they figured it out .
Someone took out a loan in my name at this company. Total fraud!!! I received a letter saying I was past due. So strange. How did they send a letter in the mail saying I owe money yet they never contacted me previously to verify anything! I don't understand how a company loans $3,000 without verification from me.
I took out a 450 loan from them. My payment was 66.00 I got a advance from them. Which raised my payment , I got no notification from them. They said i was approved for 800. So the payment amount should of been based off that amount. I never recieved any communication or recieved documents for me to sign to agree to a a high ACH Authorization. I got a 100 advance, on the very same day within minutes, they took the entire 100 advance for that payment, increased again. I can't even get a advance they continue to raise the paym... read more
I received a notice that I owed money and that the payment was past due but I had NEVER gotten a loan with them. Ever. I'm still waiting to hear back from them regarding this fraudulent loan. It's crazy that this company does not verify the identity of an individual before giving them a loan.
I never requested for 255 just only a 100 but their website refuse to accept my payment even tho my information is correct. Horrible.
Tried paying my loan back multiple times. And it comes back invalid signature everytime. They are saying it's my card and account. There is nothing wrong with either as I use them daily. This place is a fraud
I failed to read my entire contract with NetPayAdvance; I borrowed $300.00 in November of 2023; had I not called and asked how much MORE, I'd have to pay, they were SET TO DRAW A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $984.00, over a six-month period!!! I wish that I could give them a ZERO, instead of one star; this company REALLY makes me wonder,?? if they haven't PAID unknown actors, for "glowing" reviews!!!!!!

WOW. I have good credit and needed a $300 one-week loan. They refused to tell me why I was turned down except that it was an algorithm. What? It appears to be discrimination as the company will not say why. Yes, I am female. Yes, I am older. Yes, I have a history of paying my bills. Yes, I have asked for a more in-depth reason as to why I was turned down. I kept being told it was an algorithm.
