Avoid if possible. Unresponsive and leaves you in an interminable waiting loop then cuts you off and you have to start all over.
Great Service and friendly staff
This place did a fantastic job of organizing and moving vehicles in an orderly timely fashion. They were very kind to my daughter who is 5 and was nervous about testing. The woman was very patient and comforting to her. I will definitely be using their services again when needed. Thank you for all you do in trying to help our community.
I rated this place lower because of the "appearance" of lack of organization. I had to return twice w/my 88 yr old mother before we were tested. Then my results were delayed because they said I had no email on the form. I used the same email because my mom doesn't have her own email but once I got ahold of someone in Operations; she took it & sent the results over quickly. I wish they could organize the parking of people better so that would improve the frustration of the people & help the employees from receiving negative c... read more
