I used to be a frequent customer of Net Cost Appliances when Alex was in charge. Mark, the new owner, has kept the same excellent customer service and price affordability. He is friendly, ethical and trust-worthy. I recently purchased a stack-able washer/dryer for a rental unit and am extremely satisfied. The tenants are happy with it, which is the litmus test for landlords. Mark and his assistant removed the old machine, delivered and installed the new one quickly with no problems. Sold me a a dryer that did not work. Called us a liar! Did not honor his "warranty " when it wasn't 24 hours that I received the dryer. Told me that he can be a real a$$h*** , in which he was ! He's a thief who kept my money and tried to make it seem like we had a problem! He is the problem! He does not deserve 1 star ! Stay away everyone, keep your money because he will rob you!!!
