Arun (possibly the owner?) seems nice but the other chap (didn’t get his name) doesn’t have a clue how to effectively communicate with customers. He said “it’s not my fault you bought a vehicle from a garage that is miles from where you live” and then said “you just need to get off my case” when I was asking how long it would take for them to fix the van I had just bought off them. BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT APPROACH OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE ROGUES.THATS PUTTING IT POLITELY. I PAID DEPOSIT FOR A CAR UNFORTUNATELY MY HUSBAND TOOK UNWELL PHONED TO APOLOGISE WOULD HAVE TO CANCEL. BOY WHAT A CHANGE IN MANNER VERY RUDE, SHOUTING ON THE PHONE . NO EMPATHY. VERY VERY RUDE. I SENT RECORDED DELIVERY DIDNT EVEN HAVE GUTS TO SHOW FACE . YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO CALL YOURSELF A CAR SALESMAN. YOUR A JOKE
Van needed a service. Brake discs where really bad so had to get them changed. 2nd key was just a key body no insides and the key was just a piece of metal. Still haven't received a v5 and it's been nearly 6 weeks. They reply to texts immediately when it's about them getting money but not about when there are problems. Was told to email which I did but had no reply since. AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE VERY UN PROFESSIONAL AND MOST DEFINITELY SELLING DODGY VEHICLES. I have reported them to trading standards.
This company’s prices are absolutely ridiculous absolute rip offs looking for poor people who don’t have a clue about car prices The most over priced dealer I have ever seen in my life avoid this place like the plague!!!!
Saw a lovely Honda civic on their site ,and it looked tidy and the sales man said it was in good order ,so I bought it, when it arrived I realized they hadn't pointed out the condition properly, the car was stunning no rust marks , paint like new inside perfect,full history and service from new and this on a 2004 car so close to a new car in condition they really have sold me a lovely car will recommend to everyone ,if there are any faults in their selling,it is they're cars are better than described thank you very much
