Mr. Niel Tilton get 0 stars. He can be bought. He was my Ex husband appraisal. He can be bought. But it will one day catch up with him. He appraised a ranch that was 20 acres with basically two houses on it for 220 thousand. How ever 6 months later two days before mediation he did another appraisal for 430 thousands from his desk. Took longer than a month to get appraisal back. The buyers were told to NOT use him. But they still did. Their mistake. When it came back, he said it was worth 70k LESS than what we listed— in this market- he is delusional. So my buyers had to come up with the difference bc his appraisal. He was foolish to even come back with that. I’ve heard he’s done others similar. It’s pretty common that the realtors are recommending NOT to use him now. We've had several appraisals completed by NET Appraisals. Each appraisal has been financially on target and timely. Neil has gone the extra mile in many cases to serve our needs. I will certainly continue to use NET Appraisals in the future and would definitely recommend them to anyone!
