Their Load DNS simply does not work. we tried it twice and both times we experienced critical DNS failure. The second time we were assured that the bugs were fixed. Also their sales guys are really friendly and helpul, but as soon as an issue occurs, they completely disapear and are uncontactable. I was disgusted with this. I would not recommend this company. I lost a big prospect because of this company's "Premium" DNS. Beware!
